Nocturne (nocturne.ai) is an adults-only (18+) service for character chat, image generation, and short video. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to view adult content where you live.

You need an account for paid features. Keep your login details secret. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to evade age checks, rate limits, or billing.

Generations consume points. Points are spent only after a successful generation. Failed, refused, or offline jobs are not charged. Guest trial points are limited and may change.

Outputs are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, offensive, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish anything you generate.

You must not request, upload, or share content involving minors (including fiction) or anyone who looks under 18, real-person sexual deepfakes of people who did not consent, illegal content, or attempts to bypass safety filters.

GPU generation may run on scheduled hours. When the inference cluster is stopped, chat, image, and video requests can fail with a temporary-offline error. We do not charge points for those failures.

We may change models, prices, and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.
